Who Doesn’t Commit Mistakes?

The South Gloucestershire Council in U.K. has just completed construction of a £200 million public library in Emersons Green. Rather inconvenient, but they just forgot to order the books for the library. When interviewed by a sniggering media, their spokesman candidly admitted that there had been a mistake. Rather awkwardly, he said, “We are a large organisation and won’t get things right 100% of the time!”
