All Due To An Absent-Minded Wife.

In the city of Giessen, Germany, a robber has evoked much sympathy, particularly among married men folk. The 25-year old robber started from his home, armed with a gun. He had also hurriedly picked up his wife’s stockings, in which he assumed his wife had cut holes for serving as a facemask. He entered a bank, pulled out the gun, hurriedly pulled the stocking over his head, and announced that it was a hold-up. It was then that he realised that the mask did not have any holes for his eyes and so he couldn’t see anything. Panicking, he pulled the stockings out and found himself standing in front of a security camera, a gun in his hand. Although he ran away promptly, he was later arrested because his face had been recorded. Sentenced to 4 years for attempted robbery, he blamed his wife for forgetting to cut holes in her stocking for his eyes.
