Lonely Hearts And Fertile Brains

From the Haidian District of Beijing, China comes the story of the fertile imagination of a lady who owned a restaurant. Young and eligible, her restaurant was not doing too well. So she advertised in the local newspaper in the “lonely hearts” columns for suitable males. The hapless men who responded were asked to meet her in this restaurant. During the meeting, she would ask the fluttering-hearted males to order expensive items on the menu. Then the young lady would make some excuse and leave.

Things worked well for her till one day a suitor got into a fight with one of the waiters and she ordered her staff to beat him up which they did. Police came and did their investigations, and the ruse was discovered.
