Down in the deep waters of the sea , lived a small blind octopussy;<= /title>  <style>  </style>  </head> <body lang=3DEN-US style=3D'tab-interval:.5in'> <div class=3DSection1> Octopus World.= <o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> = ; &n= bsp; = ; -A.Venkateshwar, IRAS, Director (C-TARA)<o:p></o:p></s= pan> <o:p> </o:p> <o:p> </o:p> <o:p> </o:p> Down in the deep waters of the sea, lived a small blind octopussy;<o:p></o:p> He moved around on just eight hands – that was the best he could be!<o:p></o:p> Gliding swiftly on the sea bed was not his forte – what a pity !<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> Though he feared that he was sight less and hence one sense less, <o:p></o:p> The octo braved= the waters rough and managed to move by a guess<o:p></o:p> Helped by his friends who rode his back to = which he always said “yes”!.<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> One day, suddenly a creature came rumbling through the waters ;<o:p></o:p> The friends swam away in fright leaving poo= r octo in tatters;<o:p></o:p> He hid behind some weeds and felt safe –not that it mattered.<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> An injured shark withering in pain , banged = its head <o:p></o:p> Against our octo</span= > who gripped the shark as best as it could<o:p></o:p> And , in one last bite, sunk its teeth into the octo’s= hood.<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> Before I go on to the end and you think its all over , folks – <o:p= ></o:p> The shark had just been hit by the sa= me enemy-man in the boat,<o:p></o:p> That had blinded the o= cto years ago, as he had come up for a float.<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> Our dying hero now leapt up to the surface = of the sea,<o:p></o:p> Its hands clung onto some body and it c= rushed it in glee <o:p></o:p> Yes ! it was the same man who had once blinded it R= 11; knew not he.<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> And that’s how strange justice is , of the world of yin and yan ,<= span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'> <o:p></o:p> Some of us are the <sp= an class=3DGramE>octo , others the sh= ark and yet others- the man;<o:p></o:p> Unknowingly, we lead each other to our dest= iny – as only we can. <o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> *******<o:p></o:p> </sp= an><o:p></o:p> </s= pan><o:p></o:p> </div> </body> </html>
