Transfer & Posting Orders issued in August 2007

No.E(O)III-2007/TR/396 dated 31.08.2007
Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) have with the approval of the President decided that:-
1. Shri Madhukar Sinha, SG, on return from deputation, should be posted to Northern Railway vice Ms. Anju Ranjan;
2. Shri Vikas Kumar Sinha, SS/East Central Railway, should be transferred to Northern Railway against an existing vacancy;
3. Ms Geetha R. Moro, JAG/South Western Railway, presently working as DyFA&CAO(Const), should also look after the current duties of post of the DyFA&CAO/Rail Wheel Factory until further orders, vice Smt. Kalyani Sethuraman proceeding on deputation;
4. Shri K S Asla, SG/Northeast Frontier Railway, should be transferred to DMW/Patiala against an existing vacancy; and
5. Shri U Govindu, SS (Looking after in JAG)/Northeast Frontier Railway, should be transferred to South Western Railway against an existing vacancy.

Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) have with the approval of the President decided that:-
1. In partial modification of orders contained at Item No. 3 of their wireless message of even number dated 18/06/2007, transferring Shri R K Manocha, SG, Railway Board to Northern Railway and appointing him to officiate in SA Grade, vice Shri Ravi Prabhat, Shri R K Manocha, SG/Railway Board, should now be appointed to officiate in SA Grade on Northern Railway against the newly created SAG post (Post Code No. 12610) for the project of conversion of 100 DEMUs into Dual Fuel Engines with CNG sanctioned vide Board's letter No. 2007/E(GC)/5-18(129) dated 21/08/07; and
2. In partial modification of orders contained at Item No. 4 of their wireless message of even number dated 18/06/2007, transferring Shri Pawan Kumar Bansia, SG, Railway Board to Northern Railway and appointing him to officiate in SA Grade as FA&CAO, Accounting Information Management System-I, Shri Pawan Kumar Bansia, SG/Railway Board, should now be appointed to officiate in SA Grade on Northern Railway against the newly created SAG post (Post Code No. 12613) for the project of 'Setting up 4 Esterification Plants for Production of Bio-Diesel' sanctioned vide Board's letter No. 2007/E(GC)/5-18(129) dated 21/08/07.

Ministry of Railways (Railway Board have decided the following:-
1. Shri D.M. Gautam, SAG/IRAS, Executive Director, Finance (Stores), Railway Board should be posted as Executive Director/Accounts, Railway Board vice Shri Shivaji Rakshit, SAG/IRAS transferred on promotion to Northern Railway; and
2. Shri K.B. Nanda. SAG/IRAS, on return from deputation should be transferred to Railway Board and posted as Executive Director, Finance (Stores) Railway Board, vice (i) above.
3. The above transfers have the approval of the President.

No.ERB-I/2007/19/33 dated 23.08.2007
Ministry of Railway (Railway Board) have with the approval of the President, decided that Shri. A.K. Khanna, SAG/IRAS, FA&CAO (G), Northern Railway, should be transferred to RDSO and posted as Senior Executive Director (Finance)/RDSO on promotion to HA Grade, by transferring the HAG Element of the Post of FA&CAO, West Central Railway to operate the SAG post of Executive Director (Finance)/RDSO in HAG as Senior Executive Director (Finance)/RDSO, Orders for which will follow.

Ministry of Railways have decided that:-
1. Shri M.S. Khan, SAG/IRAS/East Central Railway, presently working as FA&CAO, should be appointed in Grade Rs. 22,400 – 24,500/- on the Railway itself by reoperating the post in HAG;
2. Shri Samar Jha, SAG/IRAS/Western Railway, presently working as SDGM, should be transferred to Central Railway and appointed in Grade Rs. 22,400-24,500/- and posted as FA&CAO Vice Smt. Sushma Pandey;
3. Smt. Pompa Babbar, SAG/IRAS/Central Railway, presently working as FA&CAO(C), should be appointed in Grade Rs. 22,400 – 24,500 on the Railway itself by reoperating the post in HAG;
4. Shri S. Chandra Sekharan, SAG/IRAS/South Western Railway, on being relieved from the post of DRM/Mysore, should be transferred to South Central Railway and appointed in Grade Rs. 22,400 – 24,500, and posted as FA&CAO by re-operating the post in HAG;
5. Shri Shivaji Rakshit, SAG/IRAS/Railway Board, presently working as ED(A), should be transferred to Northern Railway and appointed in Grade Rs. 22,400 – 24,500/- and posted as FA&CAO(C) – II by re-operating the post in HAG;
6. Shri S. Anantha Narayanan, SAG/IRAS/Western Railway, presently working as FA&CAO(C), should be appointed in Grade Rs. 22,400 – 24,500/- on the Railway itself by re – operating the post in HAG; and
7. Smt. Vijaya Kanth, SAG/IRAS/Southern Railway, presently working as FA&CAO(C), should be appointed in Grade Rs. 22,400 – 24,500/- on the Railway itself by re-operating the post in HAG.
The appointment of the above officers in Grade Rs. 22,400 – 24,500/- as also the transfers involved have the approval of the President.
