Ministry of Railways have with the approval of the President decided that Smt. Rashmi Kapoor, SAG/Western Railway, presently working as FA&CAO(G), should be transferred to Central Railway and posted as FA&CAO(C), vice Smt. Pompa Babbar by downgrading the HA Grade post in SA Grade.

Ministry of Railways have with the approval of the President decided that Shri S S Natarajan, SAG/Western Railway, presently working as FA&CAO(G), should be transferred to East Coast Railway and posted as FA&CAO vice Shri P. Mohanty proceeding on deputation.

Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) have decided that Smt. Pompa Babbar, HAG, FA&CAO(C), Central Railway should be transferred to Railway Board and posted as Adviser (Finance), Railway Board vice Smt. Sowmya Raghavan, appointed as General Manager, Central Railway.

Ministry of Railways have with the approval of the President decided that:-
1. Smt. Chandra Kanta, SA Grade/COFMOW, presently working as FA&CAO-I, should be transferred to South East Central Railway and posted as FA&CAO/F&B vice Shri Diptiman Das, proceeding on deputation; and
2. Shri Fuad Mahmood, SA Grade, on return from deputation, should be posted to COFMOW as FA&CAO-I vice Smt. Chandra Kanta.

The President is pleased to approve of the appointment of Smt. Sowmya Raghavan, HAG/IRAS, at present working as Advisor (Finance), Railway Board, as General Manager, Central Railway, Mumbai, until further orders.
