Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) have decided the following:
(a) The post of Additional Member (Budget), Railway Board (Grade Rs. 24050-26000/-) should temporarily be operated as Adviser (Budget), Railway Board in Grade Rs. 22400-24500/-; and
(b) Smt. Sushma Pandey, HAG, FA&CAO/Central Railway should be transferred to Railway Board in the same capacity and posted as Adviser (Budget), Railway Board against (a) above for a period of 3 months or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
2. This has the approval of the President.
Ministry of Railways have with the approval of the President decided that Shri A K Gupta, JAG/Diesel Loco Modernisation Works, Patiala, should be transferred to Northern Railway against an existing vacancy.
Ministry of Railways have with the approval of the President decided that Smt. Ambika Jain, JAG/Diesel Locomotive Works, Varanasi, should be transferred to Northern Railway against an existing vacancy.

Ministry of Railways have with the approval of the President decided that Shri Kumar Manavendra, SG/East Central Railway, should be posted to Workshop Project, Patna under Chief Administrative Officer, Workshop Project, against an existing vacancy.

Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) have decided the following:
(i) Shri Sanjay Upreti, SG, Western Railway, should be transferred to Railway Board and posted as Director, Finance (Commercial), Railway Board vice Shri Dhruv Singh proceeded on deputation to RLDA;
(ii) Shri Prabhat Kumar Sinha, SG, COFMOW, should be transferred to Railway Board and posted as Director, Finance (X)-I, Railway Board, vice Shri Sanjay Lavania transferred;
(iii) Shri Sanjib Kumar, SG, Director, Finance (B), Railway Board, should be posted as Director, Finance (Stores)-I, Railway Board, vice Shri Prashant Mishra, transferred;
(iv) Shri Sanjeev Jain, SG, Director, Finance (MIS), Railway Board should be posted as Director, Finance (B), Railway Board, vice (iii) above.
2. The transfers/postings involved above have the approval of the President.

In supersession of orders contained in their wireless message of even number dated 15/06/2007, appointing Shri Onkar Narayan, SG/Southern Railway, to officiate in SA Grade on Southern Railway itself, Ministry of Railways have with the approval of the President now decided that Shri Onkar Narayan, SG/Southern Railway, should be transferred to North Eastern Railway and appointed to officiate in SA Grade and posted as FA&CAO(Con.) vice Shri A K Ganju, proceeding on deputation. Seniority of Shri Onkar Narayan in SA Grade will be subject to the outcome of the writ petition no. 8444/2003 in the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.
