Shri P Mohanty (IRAS. DOB:20/05/1954;DITS:13/12/1978), FA&CAO, East Coast Railway has been selected and approved for secondment to Mozambique through IRCON on normal terms of secondment, subject to the Government's appoval to the exemption from the rule of immediate absorption for IRCON.

i) In partial modification of orders contained at item no. 1 of this Ministry's Wireless Message No. E(O)III-2007/TR/427 dated 27/09/2007, transferring Shri Suman Kumar, SAG/North Central Railway to East Central Railway and posting him as FA&CAO(C-II), Ministry of Railways have now with the approval of the President decided that Shri Suman Kumar, SAG/North Central Railway, should be transferred to North Eastern Railway and posted in the cadre by making suitable local adjustment.

Ministry of Railways have with the approval of the President decided that:
(i) Shri Suman Kumar, SAG/East Central Railway, should be transferred to North Eastern Railway and posted in the cadre by making suitable local arrangements.
(ii) Shri C.M.Jindal, SAG, presently working as FA&CAO(F&B)/East Central Railway, should be transferred to Northern Railway and posted in the cadre by making suitable local adjustments; and
(iii) Shri S.K.Pandey, SAG/Metro Railway, should be transferred to East Central Railway and posted as FA&CAO(F&B) vice Shri C.M. Jindal.

Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) have decided that Shri B. B. Verma, SAG, Executive Director, Finance(A), Railway Board, should also function as Officer on Special Duty to Financial Commissioner, Railways, in addition to his own, until further orders.
2. This has the approval of the President.

Ministry of Railways have with the approval of the President decided that Shri A. Selvaraj, SAG, presently working as FA&CAO(P)/CLW, should be transferred to South Western Railway and posted in the cadre vice Smt. Ruby Ahluwalia, SAG/IRAS, proceeded on leave.

Ministry of Railways have with the approval of the President decided that Ms. Kakoli Ghoshal, SG/South Eastern Railway, should be transferred to Metro Railway and appointed to officiate in SA Grade and posted in the cadre vice Shri S.K. Pandey, IRAS.
