Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) have decided that Shri Sanjeev Narayan Mathur, SG, presently working as SrDFM/Lucknow, Northern Railway, should be transferred to Railway Board and posted as Director, Finance (CCA) vice Shri Ajai Mathur proceeding on deputation.

1. Ms. Surya Lakshmi Chellapalia, SS(Looking after in JAG)/East Coast Railway, should be transferred to Southern Railway against an existing vacancy;
2. Shri C Hamza, SG/Metro Railway, presently working as DyFA&CAO, should be transferred to Eastern Railway vice Ms. Binita Mitra;
3. Ms. Binita Mitra, SG/Eastern Railway, presently working as DyFA&CAO(Con)II, should be transferred to Metro Railway vice Shri C Hamza; and
4. Ms. Geetha R Moro, SG/South Western Railway, presently working as DyFA&CAO(Const.), should be transferred to Rail Wheel Factory, terminating the looking after arrangements made vide item no. 3 of Board's order No. E(O)III-2007/TR/396 dated 31/08/2007.

Ministry of Railways have with the approval of the President decided that Shri R V Subba Rao, SAG/South Central Railway, presently working as FA&CAO(T), should be transferred to South Western Railway and posted in the cadre, in the same capacity vice Smt. Reena Ranjan, SAG, transferred to Southern Railway.

Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) have decided that Shri S K Mallik, SAG, FA&CAO(C), East Central Railway should be transferred to Railway Board and posted against the downgraded HAG post of Adviser (AR)/Railway Board being operated in SAG as Executive Director (AR), vice Shri S K Kaushik, SAG, proceeded on deputation.

1. In supersession of orders contained at item no. III of their wireless message of even number dated 20/09/2007 transferring Shri Ram Adhar, SAG/Eastern Railway to East Central Railway and posting him as FA&CAO, Ministry of Railways have now decided that Shri Ram Adhar, SAG/Eastern Railway, should be tranferred to East Central Railway and posted as FA&CAO(C)/East Central Railway vice Shri S K Mallik, SAG, transferred to Railway Board; and
2. Shri M S Khan, SAG/East Central Railway, on his return from leave, should be posted as FA&CAO..

The President is pleased to accept the notice dated 25.08.2007 of Shri Amit Kaushik, IRAS, (Date of Birth: 28.12.1963) presently on deputation to UNDP, New Delhi as Resource Person and Moderator, Education Community, Solution Exchange for voluntary retirement from service with immediate effect subject to the condition that commutation of pension shall not be claimed till the expiry of three months' notice period.
