Ministry of Railways have with the approval of the President decided that:-
1. Shri Suman Kumar, SAG/North Central Railway, presently working as FA&CAO, should be transferred to East Central Railway and posted as FA&CAO(C-II), vice Shri Soumitra Bhattacharjee;
2. Shri Soumitra Bhattacharjee, SAG/East Central Railway, presently working as FA&CAO(C-II) should be posted as FA&CAO/Workshop Projects, on the Railway itself vice Shri P S Sharma; and
3. Shri P S Sharma, SAG/East Central Railway, presently working as FA&CAO/Workshop Projects, should be posted in the cadre on the Railway itself.
The sanction of the President is hereby communicated to the tenure of deputation of Mr. Vinayak K Rao (IRAS, DOB:01/11/62, DITS:24/08/87), formerly DyFA&CAO(F&B), Western Railway with Maharashtra State Electricity Board being extended upto 05/10/08 i.e. for 5th year on the existing terms and conditions except that the officer will not be eligible to draw deputation (duty) allowance beyond 4th year.
Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) have decided that Ms Anju Ranjan, SG, Northern Railway, should be transferred to Railway Board and posted as Director, Finance(X)-II, vice Smt. Shalini Darbari proceeded on deputation.
This has the approval of the President.
The Government has approved the appointment of Shri S K Kaushik, as Director Finance, IRFC, in Schedule 'C' scale of pay of Rs 22500-27300/- on deputation basis for a period upto 9.3.2010 from the date of assumption of charge or till the date of his superannuation or until further orders whichever is earlier.
Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) have decided the following:-
1. Shri B B Verma, SAG, EDPC/Railway Board should be posted as EDFA/Railway Board vice Shri J Srinivas, SAG;
2. Shri J Srinivas, SAG, EDFA/Railway Board, should be posted as EDPC/Railway Board vice (1) above; and
3. Shri P S Khuntia, SAG, FA&CAO(C-II)/Northern Railway, should be tranferred to Railway Board and posted as EDV(A), Railway Board, vice Smt. Vandana Nanda, SAG, proceeding on deputation.
