Sub : Apportionment of
expenditure amongst the railways.

As per the existing practice, the annual expenditure
incurred by RPSF is apportioned amongst the following 7 zonal railways in the
following proportion:

S.E. Railway 3/16
Since two newly created zonal railways i.e. East Central and North Western have started functioning w.e.f. 1.10.02 and 5 new zonal railways Headquartered at Allahabad, Bhubaneshwar, Hubli, Bilaspur and Jabalpur will start functioning w.e.f. 1.4.03, Board have reviewed the apportionment of the cost incurred/to be incurred in respect of RPSF amongst the zonal railways as per the following keeping in view the earning capacity and position of deployment over the zonal railways:-

for inclusion over their railways as per the existing apportionment.
